Amazing Edibles’ Manly Menu Class
What is it all about?
We are celebrating Father’s Day by having a class that will concentrate on what dads love. This class is not just for dads! It’s for dads and all the people who love dads or just love cooking and grilling!
How does the Manly Menu Class Work?
At Amazing Edibles, you will be to work with the chef to learn how to prepare some or all of the recipes below. As you’re preparing the recipes, you will get to sample your work and the other teams’ food. When everyone’s done with everything – you will all get to indulge in a hearty array of delicious cuisine.
In these hands-on classes, you will get:
- Knife Skills – you will learn to how to hold your knife, how to sharpen it, how to chop, slice, dice, brunoise, julienne, chiffonade and roll out
- Instruction and guidance of professional chefs
- Use of our cooking equipment for use during the class (chef knives, cookware, cook’s tools, measuring cups & spoons, etc.)
- Printed copies of the recipes (which will also be available on our website)
- Aprons and hand towels for all participants during the event.
