Andrea Herrera started Amazing Edibles 14 years ago. She started building her client base with just herself and a chef. Over the years we grew by leaps and bounds. Our staff grew, our events grew and we had 3 locations prior to our current home. We were located on Chicago and Rockwell for almost 10 years. During that time we became one of the industry leaders in professional development catering. Along with professional development, we built our corporate client base and started delivering many breakfasts and lunches to downtown Chicago for daily clients as well as clients for special events. Almost all of our clients are repeat clients. We do no advertising as we know seeing and tasting our delicious food will make a client out of anyone! Over the years our staff has grown and we have a great team of chefs and managers and staff who truly care about Amazing Edibles and care about our clients. Our prep cooks, delivery and event staff are second to none. I always tell clients how fortunate I am to have such wonderful people working with me, and working on their events.

In July of 2007 we closed on our new home, a 4000 square foot loft in an industrial area just west of UIC. We spent the fall of 2007 building it out, ( please see "new space" page before and after pictures) and moved in over the holidays and opened for business in January of 08. This has been an exciting time of great growth and challenges for our company. We are adding staff and we have added the capabilty to cater for 1000’s of guests each day. We are excited to be working in this new space, besides all the extra work room for our staff, we are now located closer to several of our clients, and close to I – 290, which gives us quicker travel times to many locations all over Chicago. Along with our new space being functional and well located, it is also beautiful; we have hosted a few small events at our new home and would love to host yours. We are proud to be serving the best food and providing the best service to Chicago, and we hope to serve you soon!
